Roast turkey. Then, pressure cooked carcass. Should I roast the bones for soup?

By the way I used to be a Pepper, Turkey and cranberry sauce on sourdough paninni. . . awesome!

Caldo Frankly, I've never done before. What I normally do not drain the juices from my plate and I cook a Turkey in a large bowl. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator. The next day, scrape the fat from the top and pull. Use the rest for the noodles, soup, or whatever.
The fat will rise to the top as it cools

You can do whatever you want. The kitchen is not a science! But if the bone cooked in a pressure cooker, then you will probably not have much taste for them, if you can make a soup with them, you need a little artificial flavor also broth.

I suppose you could. Try it out. You may need to add additional ingredients and simmer a little longer than usual, but something called into question. Enjoy your Thanksgiving replacement.
